What People Experience Defines the Work.

A company is defined not just by what it says, but by what people experience. Our work focuses on curating experiences rather than just creating modules or classes.

"Success is rarely about ability alone. More often, it comes down to whether people have access to the right support, the right environment, and the opportunity to succeed."

— Rebecca Prejean, Founder and CEO

Who Is E.B. Graphics & Consulting?

  • Our story is rooted in lived experience.

Founded in 2014, E.B. Graphics and Consulting began as a side business for our CEO and Founder, Rebecca Prejean.

As her career in learning and development grew, so did her understanding of how people learn, communicate, and process information. When she became a mother and began raising a son with autism, that understanding took on a new meaning.

The experience reinforced something she had already begun to see throughout her work: people learn and experience the world in different ways. What works for one person may create barriers for another.

That realization shifted her focus toward creating learning experiences, systems, and solutions that are easier for people to access, understand, and use.

Today, that belief continues to shape the work we do and the way we support our clients.

  • Most companies assume that if things aren’t working, they have a training problem.

While that can be true, it isn’t always the case. We believe in identifying the root cause of an organization's challenges before recommending a solution.

Rather than jumping straight into development, we take a step back and look at the bigger picture. We focus on the outcome you're trying to achieve and determine the best way to get you there, even if that solution isn't a training module.

Sometimes the answer is training. Sometimes it's a process change, better communication, or additional support. More often than not, it's a combination of several things working together. And we’re here to support you in that process.

  • We believe that people deserve to be treated with respect.

That belief is the cornerstone of everything we do.

Whether you're a CEO, a frontline employee, or a customer interacting with an organization, everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and acknowledged.

Our work focuses on creating experiences that support clear communication, accessibility, and innovative design.

By putting people first, we help organizations build stronger connections and better outcomes for everyone involved.

  • What makes us different is our ability to blend multimedia design, accessibility, and learning into solutions that are tailored to the needs of each organization.

None of our solutions are one-size-fits-all. Every organization has its own goals, challenges, and people, which is why we take the time to understand what success looks like before creating a solution.

Whether we're developing training, websites, videos, communication materials, or digital resources, accessibility is considered from the beginning. All of our work follows WCAG and Section 508 guidelines because we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to access, understand, and benefit from the information being shared.

The result is a solution that not only looks good, but works for the people it was created to support.
